We ship via our chosen UK carriers (e.g., Royal Mail, DPD, Evri) with tracking provided when available.
Delivery Costs
Standard delivery is included in the price of your subscription or product unless stated otherwise (for example, during free trials or special promotions).
Delivery Schedule
Subscriptions: Your first punnet delivery typically arrives within 3–5 Business Days of dispatch. We’ll email your monthly delivery date so you have a consistent supply.
Grow Systems: GrowGarden™ systems usually dispatch within 3–5 Business Days of payment confirmation. We’ll share tracking details by email once shipped.
Delivery Method
Orders are sent using tracked UK services. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your parcel has been dispatched. Need an expedited service or have a special request? Contact us before ordering.
Delivery Locations
We deliver across most of the UK. Additional charges or longer timeframes may apply for Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and Channel Islands. If you’re unsure, please get in touch and we’ll confirm options for your postcode.
Delivery Tracking
Once dispatched, we’ll email your tracking number so you can follow progress in real time.
Missed or Delayed Deliveries
Missed deliveries: If you’re unavailable, the carrier will attempt redelivery or provide instructions for collection or re-scheduling.
Delayed deliveries: If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 5 Business Days of dispatch, email us at support@skyemountain.co.uk and we’ll investigate.
Returns and Exchanges
Transit damage or shortages: Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns: Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For authorised UK returns we provide prepaid return labels. (Consumables such as seeds and coco coir aren’t returnable once opened unless faulty. Your statutory rights apply.)
Sustainability Commitment
Eco-conscious packaging: We use recyclable, biodegradable or compostable materials where possible to reduce waste and environmental impact.
Fewer food miles: Growing at home reduces transport emissions versus shop-bought produce.
