At Skye Mountain, we prioritise reliable, tracked deliveries to ensure your fresh, ready-to-grow microgreens and equipment arrive promptly and in perfect condition.

Partnering with Evri, we provide secure delivery with full tracking across the UK.


Delivery Costs

All standard deliveries are included in the cost of your subscription or product unless otherwise stated (such as during a free trial promotion or special offer).

No additional delivery fees apply for most mainland UK orders.


Delivery Schedule

Subscription Deliveries: Your first punnet delivery will arrive within 7 working days of your order. You will then receive a monthly delivery date via email to ensure consistent and timely supply each month.

Grow Systems: Our grow systems are dispatched within 7 working days of payment confirmation. Delivery tracking will be shared via email once your item ships.


Delivery Methods

All orders are delivered using Evri Tracked Services, ensuring secure and traceable shipments within the UK. Tracking information will be sent via email once your parcel has been dispatched.

If you require an expedited service or have a special request, please contact us prior to placing your order.


Delivery Locations

We deliver to all UK addresses, including mainland and most non-mainland locations. Additional charges or longer delivery times may apply to certain remote areas. For specific queries about your location, feel free to get in touch.


Delivery Tracking

Once your item is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your Evri tracking number. This allows you to monitor the status and progress of your delivery in real time.


Missed or Delayed Deliveries

Missed Deliveries: If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, Evri will attempt redelivery or leave instructions on how to collect your parcel or reschedule.

Delayed Deliveries: If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us at info@skyemountain.co.uk so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Returns and Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of receipt so we can assist with a return, replacement, or exchange.

Return Policy: Returns are accepted for unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error was on our part.

Eco-Friendly Packaging: We use biodegradable and compostable materials wherever possible to reduce waste and environmental impact.

Zero Food Miles: Our microgreens are grown at home, significantly cutting down on transport emissions associated with traditional food systems.
