Product Use
Growing success depends on light, temperature, hygiene and care. Please follow all instructions provided. We are not liable for failures caused by misuse, unsuitable environments or other external factors.
Product Performance
Our MicroWick™ punnets and GrowGarden™ systems are designed for easier growing; however, yields can be affected by conditions outside our control. We disclaim liability for sub-optimal yields, mould or other outcomes arising from environmental factors.
Delivery & Shipping
We dispatch using our chosen UK carriers with tracking when available. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or events beyond our reasonable control.
Transit damage or shortages: please notify us within 48 hours of delivery (with photos) so we can arrange a suitable remedy in line with our Terms.

Third-Party Services
We use reputable third parties (e.g., Stripe for payments and national couriers for delivery). Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Liability
To the extent permitted by UK law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015), our liability is limited to repair, replacement or refund as set out in our Terms. Nothing in this disclaimer limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or your statutory rights.
